All products and services offered on Diamond Cart, including but not limited to game top-ups, diamonds, and generic digital goods, are purely digital. Once the top-up or delivery is successfully processed and added to the respective game account, the transaction is considered final.
Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a successful delivery has been made. Exceptions are only made under specific circumstances highlighted below.
We do not issue refunds for the following:
If payment has been deducted from your account but the order status is failed or the delivery has not been made within our stated time frame due to technical issues on our end, you are eligible for a full refund or a manual completion of the order.
If you experience an issue, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and payment proof.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and the item is dispatched (e.g., diamonds sent to the player account). If an order is still in "pending" or "processing" status and has not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation by contacting customer support.
Approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original payment method or the user's Diamond Cart Wallet. It typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
